David Ayer

Senior Vice President, Administration and Finance

David joined LPP in 1995 and quickly realized that LPP had the culture and values of an organization where he would like to build his career.  More than 15 years later, David is now responsible for leading LPP’s agency services team. He directs LPP’s financial operations, strategic financial planning and budget management.  David also leads HR, IT and facilities management, and strives to maintain LPP as one of the Best Places to Work in Boston and Austin. Just recently he was the mastermind behind the relocation of LPP’s headquarters into the heart of Boston’s financial district.  In his free time, you can find David cycling around the Boston suburbs (when weather cooperates) or travelling around the world (when it doesn’t).
