Hayley is our Talent Development Manager and is all about recruiting and developing the best and brightest in our business. Her energy and positive can-do attitude are apparent the second you meet her. She considers herself a true people person and thrives on getting behind the psychology of an organization and its people. Originally from the U.K. (London), Hayley feels fortunate that she has two places to call home, and truly loves Boston as one of them. For fun she enjoys being by, on or in the ocean, photography, and traveling. Ask where her favorite place to visit is and she will quickly tell you Bermuda – a true gem of an island and it’s British, so what’s not to love?
