Moving from the Midwest to the Deep South to New England Kristin learned that people are essentially the same everywhere- just with different accents. For 21 years, she’s been about helping companies hire the right people and helping people build their careers. She’s worked with organizations of all sizes – from the Chicago Fire Department to Fortune 500 companies – to select, grow and retain talented people. 

When she met with the team at LPP 7 years ago, she knew she found an ideal match – a group of smart, client-focused people with an affable, inclusive culture. Outside of work, Kristin and husband Ken are devoted to the joyful job of raising two kids - - playing at the beach, doing homework or practicing for their next stage production, or discussing the latest capers of SpongeBob and Patrick.
