Susan joined LPP in 2005 and has more than 13 years of experience in PR, working directly with clients in the healthcare and technology industries.
Susan has expertise in developing and driving strategic communications campaigns, including message and content creation, thought leadership programs, product launches, social media programs and proactive pitch efforts. She maintains relationships with key healthcare media and has generated coverage for clients in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Boston Globe, Modern Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Executive and Medical Device & Diagnostics Industry. Susan has also secured broadcast media coverage in several top 50 markets, including Boston, Cleveland and Los Angeles.
Susan has worked with clients across the healthcare chain, including those targeting hospitals and health systems, physicians, patients and pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Prior to joining LPP, Susan managed accounts at Topaz Partners, a Boston-based firm that supported a range of internationally- and locally based technology and life sciences clients. She has also served as editor and reporter at local news outlets including WJAR NBC-10 in Providence, RI.
Susan graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in communication with a concentration in journalism and is currently working toward her master’s in public health (MPH) at Tufts University.
