Accounting Assistant, Woburn, MA

Lois Paul & Partners is currently looking for an Accounting Assistant for our Woburn, MA headquarters. Reporting to the Senior VP of Finance and Administration, this Accounting Assistant joins a Sarbanes-Oxley compliant finance team of 4 to deliver accurate and timely financial reports and information to line management, executives, and public-company parent.

Responsibilities include: Full-cycle Accounts Payable; Client Invoicing & Collections; Miscellaneous journal entries, account reconciliations, and tax filings; Employee timesheet collection, processing & reporting; and Maintaining Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and assist with quarterly compliance testing. We’re looking for six months to one year of experience in a similar role, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, but May 2010 graduates with excellent college records will be considered.
