Czym zajmuje się obszar Przygotowania Produktu?
Codziennością jest tu praca z tkaninami, materiałami z pokazów mody i planszami inspiracyjnymi. Większość decyzji podejmowanych jest zespołowo podczas spotkań, gdzie oceniane są projekty i odszyte modele. To również w tym dziale negocjuje się warunki zamówień z dostawcami, przygotowuje plany zakupów, analizuje konkurencję i monitoruje rynek. Każdy z zespołów odpowiada za dany rodzaj asortymentu, jednocześnie dbając o to, by kolekcje były spójne i zgodne z najnowszymi trendami.
Co będziesz robić?
- Working with the Head of Design and Trends for Reserved Brand
- Conducting research to identify new and emerging trends and visual concepts
- Support in translating and adapting trends to Reserved brand customer needs and expectations
- Work on building seasonal trend direction and creative concepts for collections and capsules
- Supporting the creation of internal company presentations to educate and inspire various teams
- Traveling to other countries to explore new trends and novelties in design.
- Support in managing the shopping and color library

- Has graduated in fashion or accessories design (womenswear is preferred)
- Is strong in research, conceptual and creative skills
- Value cooperation in an international environment
- Is excited about working with all aspects of Design, Trends and Colour.
- Has ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Can work with graphic programs - especially in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
- Has excellent presentation and communication skills
- Speaks English fluently
