Tallinder – the first premium brand in the portfolio of LPP

Tallinder – the first premium brand in the portfolio of LPP

LPP, the owner of popular brands: Reserved, House, Cropp, MOHITO and SINSAY, will present today its newest brand. This time, the company focuses on clothing and accessories targeted to affluent and the most demanding customers. The first store of the Tallinder brand will be opened in February in Gdansk – the city in which more than two decades ago LPP started its operations. The whole collection of the new brand will also be available in the online shop tallinder.com

In addition to the dynamic expansion of the distribution network, the development of our portfolio and opening up to new groups of customers are the key to success in this industry. Our goal is to offer fashionable clothing in different styles to the largest group of customers in new cities and countries – says Hubert Komorowski, Vice President of LPP responsible, among other things, for the Tallinder brand.

Work on the new brand has taken half a year. The preparation of the brand concept, defining its target group as well as designing the first collection and the store’s concept is a very laborious process. The company already has considerable experience in this area. In the 1990s, it created from scratch RESERVED – the most recognisable fast fashion brand in the Polish market, whose stores are present not only in Central and Eastern Europe, but also in Germany and the Middle East. In addition, the SiNSAY brand popular among teenagers – to date the youngest LPP Group brand – was launched three years ago.

As with the previously created LPP brands, Tallinder will have its debut in Poland – We know our home market best, that’s why we are opening the first store here. Building recognition is extremely important in the creation of a new brand. Our latest offer is aimed at customers who appreciate elegance and the highest quality. Therefore we are looking for retail space in the most prestigious locations – adds Hubert Komorowski.

Tallinder is a brand in the premium segment dedicated to people over 30 years of age who follow the rule that less is more when creating their image and are looking for timeless, elegant designs that will complement their dynamic modern lifestyle. The brand’s collection will include both women’s and men’s lines consisting of clothes, accessories and shoes. Models of the new brand are created in LPP headquarters in Gdansk and the manufacture of approx. 70 percent of the collection is outsourced in Europe – Poland, Italy, Portugal and Turkey.

The average area of stores to be opened in 2016 is just over 450 square meters. In March and April of this year, the brand’s stores will be opened in Bydgoszcz, Lublin, Katowice, Szczecin, Wroclaw and Gdynia. The search for the most suitable location for Tallinder in Warsaw is also in progress.

The concept of the store is adapted to the character of a premium brand. A visit at the store will be an opportunity to buy clothes and accessories, but also to relax in the lounge area or browse magazines and albums on art, design, fashion and architecture. The interiors of the stores will be distinguished by natural materials – stone and ink-stained wood.
