Information on LPP Social Media Profiles and Third-Party Widgets

We maintain profiles on the following social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok (hereinafter referred to as the “social media platforms”), where we publish information about our business activities. Our websites may also contain widgets provided by third parties (e.g., the Spotify player), enabling you to access their content without leaving our website.

The administrators of these social media platforms and the providers of third-party widgets independently use cookies and similar technologies to track your activity, including interactions with our social media profiles or embedded widgets. The scope and purposes of such processing are determined solely by those administrators and providers. We have no influence over, nor access to, any personal data processed by them in this manner.

With regard to our social media profiles, we are fully responsible for managing the profiles and the content published on them. We only have access to anonymized, aggregated statistics (such as interests and demographic information) generated by the respective platform administrator. These statistics cannot be linked to any specific individual.

We use these statistics solely to assess the popularity of the content we publish and to better tailor our social media profiles to your interests. They are not used to identify individual users.

In the case of third-party widgets, we have no control over and no access to any data processed through them. A widget serves merely as a “window” to an external service. Until you navigate to the provider’s website (for example, by clicking the player and being redirected to open.spotify.com), the provider’s cookies are not stored within our website. Once you leave our website and access the provider’s service, only the provider’s privacy rules and consent mechanisms apply.

Administrators:

  • Facebook, Instagram – Meta Platforms, Inc. (California, USA) oraz Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
  • YouTube – Google Inc. (Mountain View, California, USA)
  • LinkedIn – LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Ireland) oraz LinkedIn Corporation (California, USA)
  • Pinterest – Pinterest Europe Ltd. (Ireland)
  • TikTok – TikTok Technology Limited (Ireland)
  • Spotify widget– Spotify AB (Stockholm, Sweden)

If you have an account with any of the above platforms, we may access information that you have made publicly available, under the same conditions as any other user of that platform.

The entity responsible for processing your personal data in connection with profile analytics and, similarly, with the widget once you navigate to the provider’s service, is solely the administrator or provider of the respective platform or service. That entity is responsible for informing you about the applicable data processing practices and your rights in relation to such processing.

Marketing pixels

Our websites use marketing pixels (tracking tags) provided by external social media and advertising platforms. Thanks to these technologies, information about our activities, published job offers, and employer branding initiatives can be displayed on these platforms in a way that is tailored to your interests and activity.

Pixels enable us to measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities and assess how well our campaigns and job offers are received. For this purpose, statistical and technical data may be analyzed, including information about the device and operating system used, approximate demographic data (such as age ranges, gender, country/region), interests and behaviors, as well as the placement and type of promotional campaign delivery.

Data collected through pixels is processed by the providers of the respective platforms and may be linked to a user profile in accordance with the policies applicable to each platform. Below, we indicate which pixels we use and where you can find detailed information about them.

  • TikTok Pixel – additionally analyzes search-related data (entered search queries, keywords, and match types). More information: TikTok privacy policy.
  • Pinterest Pixel – also used for employer branding purposes aimed at increasing awareness of our employer brand; additionally analyzes engagement data related to published content (e.g., saves, search queries, and keywords). More information: Pinterest privacy policy.
  • Facebook Pixel – enables the display of content, including video materials, promoting our activities and job offers both on Facebook and on other websites that use this tool. Facebook also uses the transmitted data for its own advertising purposes and may associate it with a user profile. The “Custom Audiences” remarketing feature can be disabled in Facebook ad settings (login required). More information: Facebook privacy policy.
  • LinkedIn Pixel (LinkedIn Insight Tag) – additionally analyzes demographic data of visitors associated with their professional profiles (e.g., job title, industry, company size, and location), allowing us to better tailor recruitment content and job opportunities to relevant audiences. More information: LinkedIn privacy policy.
