Information on LPP's shareholding structure.
Shareholders of LPP SA
- The share capital of LPP S.A. amounts to PLN 3,717,416 (three million seven hundred seventeen thousand four hundred sixteen) and is divided into 1,858,708 (one million eight hundred fifty-eight thousand seven hundred eight) shares with a nominal value of PLN 2 each.
- Ordinary shares amount to 1,508,708 (one million five hundred eight thousand seven hundred eight) and entitle the holder to one vote at the AGM. Registered shares amount to 350,000 (three hundred fifty thousand) and entitle the holder to five votes at the AGM.
- In 2018, the founders and existing major shareholders of LPP S.A., in order to ensure its long-term continuity and prevent the fragmentation of the Company’s share capital in the future, decided to establish a foundation and contribute their shares to it.
- In 2023, one of the founders disposed of shares in the Company, thereby reducing their stake below the threshold of 5% of the total number of votes at the AGM.
