About the Foundation
We are active in three areas: tackling social exclusion, particularly of children and young people, health protection and environmental protection and ecology.
We are able to reach a large group of people in need
The LPP Foundation was established and works for a wide range of socially excluded people and organizations in Pomerania, where the LPP Headquarters and distribution centre are located. Also, the Foundation has been actively involved in operations in the Małopolska region, primarily in Cracow, where the head offices of House and Mohito brands are situated.
We have also been expanding our activities to the immediate local communities of our new branches: in Brześć Kujawski and Jasionka. In each of these places we help children and youth in a difficult life situation, as well as the ill. Our support actions are also addressed to organisations taking care of persons at risk of social exclusion, and medical care facilities.
Our mission is to help
Our mission is to help people in a difficult life situation and professional activation of young people at risk of social exclusion. We support health care institutions and implement pro-ecological and pro-environmental projects. We believe that any assistance, even on the smallest scale, is important and can contribute to building lasting social change.
Our Foundation is a public benefit organization (PBO). You can donate your 1.5% tax to us.
Management board of the Foundation
Patrycja Zbytniewska
Associated with LPP since 2017. Since the very beginning, she has been responsible for social projects, volunteer activities and has been managing the LPP Foundation established in 2017. She has several years of experience in the area of social activities and sustainable development, as well as running the foundation. She graduated with a degree in political science from the University of St. Thomas. A. Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Master of European Political Studies at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder, and Postgraduate Studies: CSR, Social Responsibility Strategy at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw and ESG in Practice at the Sopot Academy of Applied Sciences.
Ewelina Dampc
She has been working at LPP since 2021, and for more than ten years in the areas of corporate social responsibility, employee volunteering and sustainability reporting. At the LPP Foundation she is responsible for the development of programmes targeting the social environment, mainly disadvantaged children and teenagers. She is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk and a postgraduate CSR course. Responsible Business Strategy at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.
Sławomir Ronkowski
Associated with LPP since 2015 as director of LPP’s communications department, which he created from scratch. In LPP currently responsible for internal communications, employer branding, digital communication and CSR activities. He is also a board member of the LPP Foundation. For over three decades involved in marketing projects, branding activities, and CSR area. Graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk and MBA studies at Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development (GFKM).

Below we describe the terms of cooperation with us. We only consider applications submitted by entities with legal personality.

Profile of activities
The LPP Foundation supports projects of local, regional, and national scope. Due to the location of our branches, we consider Pomerania and Małopolska as particularly important areas. With a view to ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of our operations, we cooperate only with legal entities.
All requests addressed to the LPP Foundation are thoroughly analysed; however, due to a vast number of applications, we reserve the right to contact only selected entities.
Who can receive support?
The LPP Foundation supports organisations taking care of people in need, with particular emphasis on institutions from Pomerania and Małopolska.
We cooperate with institutions of the following profile:
- organisations taking care of children and youth on a permanent basis (children’s homes, foster care);
- organisations dealing with people at risk of social exclusion (single mothers/families);
- conduct activities and initiatives to support the mental health of children and adolescents;
- organisations dealing with the sick or disabled on a permanent basis;
- organisations dealing with the homeless and organising assistance for victims of disasters, natural disasters and armed conflicts;
- organisations implementing social projects in the closest surroundings of the company or with the participation of people at risk of social exclusion.
