Activities for employees and the community
In our activities, we pay particular attention to our employees and their families.
The activities of the LPP Foundation go beyond charitable aid. It also means taking part in the everyday lives of our social partners.
The LPP Foundation supports employees in need, while LPP employees are eager to get involved in projects that benefit others.
Minigrants – our idea for helping
Minigrants is an employee volunteering programme created by the LPP Foundation. As part of the projects they carry out, LPP employees involve their colleagues in workplace initiatives. Find out more about how Minigrants work by clicking the button below.
Employee volunteering is an important part of the LPP Foundation's activities. It allows our employees to fulfil their need to help and work for social initiatives.
Employee volunteering supports the integration of employees around shared values and goals, and is also a source of personal satisfaction.
It is also an opportunity to test one's strengths and skills outside of work, meet new people from across the company, and develop teamwork skills.
Volunteering – the driving force behind the LPP Foundation
For many years, the LPP Foundation has been regularly carrying out employee volunteering activities.
Whether employees are supporting animals, hospital patients, or children in care homes, their efforts are always driven by tremendous energy, commitment, and a shared desire to do good.

The LPP Foundation promotes the idea of volunteering and giving your time to those most in need. It is also a valuable way to foster integration and collaboration among employees across teams.
It does not matter what employees do on a daily basis – whether they are designers, accountants or warehouse workers. When implementing a volunteering project, they have the opportunity to do something special for others together.
As part of its initiatives promoting employee volunteering, the LPP Foundation organises a number of activities that have a positive impact on the functioning of local communities. The projects are both permanent and one-off.
Support for LPP employees
In addition to implementing its own projects and fostering cross-sector partnerships, the LPP Foundation also carries out numerous initiatives aimed at LPP Group employees.
As part of its activities for employees, the LPP Foundation runs a number of campaigns to support people who have been employed by LPP for at least two years. What is more, the families of LPP employees can also count on support.

Support is provided not only to employees, but also to their partners and children living with chronic illnesses. As part of this recurring initiative, nearly PLN 2 million in support was provided between 2017 and 2025.
In addition to the Christmas support programme, the LPP Foundation is also involved in promoting the initiative to donate 1.5% of income tax to charity. Each year, the Foundation prepares a list of employees and their immediate family members whom employees filing their taxes can support.
The commitment of employees to helping others is also demonstrated by the ‘LPP Team for Kids’ project, in which the physical activity of LPP employees is converted into PLN. To date, LPP employees have run over 102,000 km and cycled over 830,000 km as part of ‘LPP Team for Kids’.
LPP Foundation for Social Economy
As part of our activities, we also support social enterprises whose mission is to promote the social inclusion of people in need of support through employment opportunities.
Social economy entities (SEEs) are non-profit organisations and companies whose goal is to implement social projects, such as the reintegration of socially excluded people.

By cooperating with such entities, the LPP Foundation provides support to local communities and promotes the use of their services among employees, customers and contractors.
These small, local businesses provide a genuine opportunity for social inclusion for people in difficult life circumstances—people who, without daily support and encouragement to believe in their own abilities, would face a much harder path towards independence.
As part of our partnership with the Social Innovation Foundation, since 2021, the Piaggio van from Kuźnia Café has been visiting LPP offices in the Tricity area. The café provides young people from children’s homes with their first work experience. Through this initiative, LPP employees can learn more about the café’s mission, purchase its products, and personally contribute to the development of the enterprise.
In December 2024, the LPP Foundation organised the first Social Economy Week at LPP offices in the Tricity area and Kraków, combining Christmas preparations with activities supporting local social enterprises. Due to the initiative’s great popularity, a second edition was held in December 2025.
The effects of our social support
Projects carried out to support employees and their communities have delivered broad, positive results. This is reflected in tangible figures, but the experiences of those involved and the beneficiaries of our initiatives are equally important.
While feelings and personal experiences are difficult to measure, their impact is visible and reflected in the data. Most importantly, our initiatives have contributed to a tangible improvement in the well-being of beneficiaries — and supporting them remains the Foundation’s primary goal in everything we do.
Summary of activities in figures
The effects of our activities are also reflected in the figures relating to projects in the area of employee and environment support.
Since 2019, we have allocated a total of almost PLN 300,000 to the implementation of our employees' ideas as part of the Minigrants programme.
The total cost of preparing Christmas support for employees has already exceeded PLN 1,000,000.
It should be added that in the case of the latter amount, support was provided not only to our employees, but also to their families.
Other figures
In December 2024, the LPP Foundation invited five social enterprises to participate in Social Economy Week at the LPP offices in the Tri-City and Krakow. Each of them sold their products, integrating people at risk of social exclusion into society.
The kilometres we run and cycle also have a real impact on reality through the implementation of our projects. As part of the ‘LPP Team for Kids’ project, the physical activity of LPP employees is converted into zlotys.
The participants ran a total of 5,500 km for those in need. Those who chose to cycle covered over 55,000 km.
