Minigrants

Through employee volunteering activities, our employees have a real impact on changing their immediate environment.

About Minigrants

It is the Employee Volunteering Programme run at LPP Group, under which, during each edition, LPP employees can submit their own ideas and volunteering projects and, if successful, receive a grant of up to PLN 5,000 for their implementation. The projects are submitted by a leader who engages other people in the activity, together forming a minimum three-person volunteer team.

Minigranty

The projects which are selected for implementation aim to counteract the phenomenon of social marginalisation, include disadvantaged groups, support people at risk of social exclusion and promote diversity. Beneficiaries of Minigrants include organisations providing assistance to people in need or animals: NGOs and public institutions, including children's homes, hospitals, and hospices.

Projects are selected based on their rationale for implementation, relevance to local communities, number of volunteers involved, and the budget.
