Management Board

According to the Company’s Articles of Association, the Management Board of LPP S.A. consists of two to six persons appointed and recalled by the General Meeting of Shareholders for a period of five years.

Profiles of Board Members

The composition of the Management Board is as follows: President of the Management Board and between one to five Vice Presidents of the Management Board. The Management Board of LPP represents the Company in court and out-of-court dealings.In the tab we present the profiles of individual members of the Management Board of LPP, the scope of their responsibility, a short bio and composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Marek Piechocki

President of the Management Board
Creator and co-founder of LPP, currently the President of the company’s Management Board. Focused on developing his own business right from the start of his professional career, he has been involved in the clothing industry since 1989. In 1991, together with Jerzy Lubianiec, he established Mistral. In 1995, this company was transformed into LPP.

In his capacity as CEO, he is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s operations – from fashion brands’ management, through product development, and sales operations in the omnichannel model. He supervises the Company’s strategic actions in terms of ESG and manages teams responsible for
outsourcing production of the collections worldwide. In 2013, recognised by the prestigious Harvard Business Review magazine as the most effective CEO in Poland.

Born in 1961, Marek Piechocki is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology.

Marek Piechocki is not running any business competitive to the Issuer. Przemysław Lutkiewicz

Vice-president of the Management Board
Controlling Director in LPP since 2008. Within the finance department, Przemysław Lutkiewicz created the Controlling Department from scratch by supervising the work of his analysts, auditors, and security units within sales networks. He implemented IT tools providing the company with management information necessary to direct all LPP S.A. Capital Group companies. He also actively participated in maintaining relations with foreign institutional investors.

As Vice-President of the Management Board, since the beginning of 2015 he has been responsible for the area of finance, controlling, internal audit, investor relations, as well as supervision over foreign companies belonging to the LPP Group.

Earlier,
in 2007-2008, he was the co-creator of the First Data SSC in Gdańsk as their Finance & Controlling Director. In 2006-2007, he was a member of the Management Board and the Finance Director at First Data Polska SA, and from 1995 to 2008, he had many job positions, which included Planning and Reporting Team Manager and Controlling Department Director in PolCard SA / First Data Polska SA.

Mr. Lutkiewicz was born in 1970. He is a graduate of the Maritime Academy of Gdynia, as well as the Faculty of Management at Gdańsk University. He is also a post-graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

Jacek Kujawa

Vice-president of the Management Board
With LPP since 2004. Initially held the position of IT Director.

Since 2009, as Vice-President of the Management Board, he has been responsible for logistics and IT issues. Moreover, he manages LPP investment projects in Poland and abroad, both in terms of expanding the chain of stores and warehouse space. He also supervises the administrative area of the company and the structures responsible for data analysis (Data Science). His key tasks include the implementation of the Company’s strategic projects such as the implementation of RFID technology and expansion of the Company’s distribution network in Europe.

Mr. Kujawa gained
his earlier professional experience working in the Wirtualna Polska group, among others. Born in 1974, he is a graduate of the Faculty of Information Technology at the Gdańsk University of Technology.

Sławomir Łoboda

Vice-president of the Management Board
He has been with LPP since 1997. For many years, he was responsible for the legal services of the company, which he performed as managing partner, representing Krzyżagórska Łoboda and Partners law office. In addition, since 2005 he has also been responsible for the lease and expansion department.

As Vice-President of the Management Board, since October 2015, he has been responsible for the development of LPP, i.e. for the acquisition of new retail space, market analyses, as well as for the legal department.

He has implemented many projects during his time with LPP. He created a franchise network,
introduced the company onto the stock market, merged the company with Artman SA, disposed of the Esotiq brand, and developed the company’s own store chain.

Mr. Łoboda is the President of the Council for the Hospice Foundation, a non-profit organisation which takes care of the chronically ill. For his social commitment, Mr. Łoboda was honoured with the Brown Cross of Merit awarded by President Bronisław Komorowski.

Born in 1965, he is a graduate of law from Gdańsk University. In 1995, he passed the bar examination for legal advisors.

Marcin Piechocki

Vice-president of the Management Board
He has been associated with LPP for four years. Initially holding the position of an assistant buyer and then a buyer in Reserved brand. From 2017 to 2018, he was responsible for the process of purchasing goods, price negotiations with suppliers, timeliness of deliveries and analysis of sales results of the LPP Group’s flagship brand.

Since 2018, he has managed the process of opening and running the largest Reserved brand stores in the region. In the same year, he was entrusted with the project of supervising and co-creating the concept of Sinsay – the youngest brand in the LPP
Group’s portfolio. He was responsible for the Sinsay product, collection sales and brand expansion in new locations.

He currently holds the position of Managing Director of Sinsay and Mohito and is responsible for the company’s internal communications and LPP’s external relations.

Born in 1989. Hi is graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology. He started his career path in 2013 at Citibank International, where he was in charge of the IT team until 2017.
