‘LPP Roomtour’ – our offices are like something out of a comedy, but we take our work very seriously

We have launched a new employer branding campaign in the form of a mini-series. ‘LPP Roomtour’ is a humorous series inspired by ‘The Office’, which shows the behind-the-scenes workings of our company’s headquarters – with distance, authenticity and the participation of the employees themselves.

LPP brands’ offices in the spotlight

The premiere of ‘LPP Roomtour’ will take place on 18 February on YouTube. The series consists of five episodes, each presenting everyday work at one of the brands belonging to LPP: House, Sinsay, Reserved, Cropp and Mohito.

We decided not to prepare classic recruitment material. Instead of a formal presentation, viewers get a light-hearted, comedic narrative and a ‘peek’ into the reality of office life from the inside.

Inspiration from ‘The Office’ and a touch of humour

The form of ‘LPP Roomtour’ was inspired by the cult series ‘The Office’. When creating the series, we focused on humour, short scenes and a characteristic narrative style, reminiscent of the storytelling style known from nature programmes.

If you remember such productions with the voice of Krystyna Czubówna, you already know what we mean.
This makes the whole thing accessible, dynamic and shows our working environment with a great deal of distance – but without losing the substantive message.

Authenticity in front of the camera

We wanted authenticity and for people to be at the centre of this story. The series shows not only the scope of responsibilities, but also the energy of cooperation, the pace of action and the diversity of personalities that make up our teams.

This is the spirit that the people playing the characters in this story conveyed.

Welcome to the world of LPP

LPP Roomtour aims to show the company’s organisational culture from the inside – as an environment based on cooperation, courage and a creative approach to work. If anyone finds a role for themselves in the episodes, they can take the next step and apply right away.

In the description of each episode, on the Discover LPP channel on YouTube, we have included a link directing viewers directly to the career tab, where they can check current offers and available positions.

The series is now available online. The first episode will start any moment now, and the subsequent ones will gradually develop the office story with fashion in the background.
