The ‘heLPP’ and ‘Blue Trainers’ employee support programmes were awarded in the ‘Healthy Future – Inspirations 2024’ competition

On Thursday, 7 November 2024, during a gala ceremony in the auditorium of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration in Warsaw, awards were presented in the 7th edition of the ‘Healthy Future – Inspirations’ competition. Our representatives were present at the event and had the honour of receiving the awards that the jury granted to LPP SA and the LPP Foundation.
The organiser of the ‘Healthy Future – Inspirations 2024’ competition is Idea Trade. The project promotes individuals, institutions, hospitals, non-governmental organisations and companies working for health, prevention, occupational safety and environmental protection. It is a ranking of the best initiatives in these areas. This year, the winning projects of LPP SA and the LPP Foundation competed with over 200 other projects in the final of the competition. We are all the more pleased that the jury decided to reward our activities.
The ‘heLPP’ employee support programme recognised by the jury
The jury of the ‘Healthy Future – Inspirations 2024’ competition awarded activities we undertake for our employees. . We are talking about the original ‘heLPP’ programme, which provides LPP employees and their loved ones with free and anonymous assistance in three areas: legal, financial and psychological. Employees can anonymously and free of charge seek advice from specialists, which is particularly important in times of increased stress and uncertainty. More about the ‘heLPP’ programme: LPP has implemented a support programme for employees and their loved ones..
We are delighted that our efforts to promote the well-being of LPP employees and their loved ones have been recognised and appreciated with second place in the ‘Healthy Future – Inspirations 2024’ competition in the ‘Employee Health and Safety Initiatives’ category. This is even greater motivation for us to continue supporting the teams without whom the success of our business would not be possible. We know very well that LPP is a company that attracts with its products, but inspires with its people.
First prize for supporting the ‘Blue Trainers’ programme
LPP is involved in various ways in projects that have a real impact on improving the quality of life for many people. One of them is ‘Blue Trainers’. The LPP Foundation supports this initiative. Since last year, it has been financing the operation of the ‘Blue Trainers in Metropolis’ centre, where young people can receive psychological support and spend time. It is for these activities that we received the first award in the ‘Prevention and promotion of a healthy lifestyle’ category. More about the award-winning project: The LPP Foundation, the City of Gdańsk and the FOSA Foundation are creating a support centre for young people in the Metropolia shopping centre in Gdańsk.
Supporting the mental health of children and young people has been one of the priorities of the LPP Foundation in recent years, and thanks to the award, it has gained even more energy to continue its activities in this area.
Once again, we would like to thank the competition jury for both awards. We are honoured!
