LPP wins the ‘Trustworthy Employer’ award in the ‘Volunteering’ category!
On 6 November 2024, a gala ceremony was held during which Sławomir Ronkowski, Director of Visual Communication and Social Relations, accepted the ‘Trustworthy Employer’ award in the ‘Volunteering’ category on behalf of LPP. We are extremely proud of this distinction. Employee volunteering is a key pillar of our organisational culture.
‘Trustworthy Employer’ – an initiative supporting companies with outstanding employee projects
The ‘Trustworthy Employer’ initiative was launched in 2009 by a wide group of NGOs, think tanks and universities.
Its aim is to reward and promote companies that implement innovative and meaningful employee policies – focusing on professional development and the protection of employee rights. The award also honours journalists and columnists who promote these ideas.
We are honoured that LPP has joined this distinguished group. The ‘Trustworthy Employer’ title in the “Volunteering” category is the result of the work of the LPP Foundation, but above all, it belongs to our wonderful employees who eagerly take part in many forms of volunteering.

Numerous volunteer projects and strong employee engagement
In just the first three quarters of 2024, as many as 350 of our LPP colleagues took part in initiatives such as ‘Shop Without a Receipt‘, ‘Styling Action‘, support for the ‘Promyk’ animal shelter, sewing pillows for the 3Maliny Foundation, or blood donation campaigns.
Since 2019, we have run seven editions of the Minigrants Programme, through which our employees can apply to the LPP Foundation for funding to bring their own aid projects to life.
Across these editions, 200 employees have implemented 51 initiatives, supported by the Foundation with nearly PLN 255,000 in funding. And new projects are already on the horizon!
