The director at Reserved store is responsible for, among other things, achieving sales and KPI targets using available channels and tools, and organises the team's day-to-day work in accordance with top-down standards and guidelines. They recruit, train and motivate the team, and verify the level of sales plan implementation.
They ensure that the team's productivity is at the appropriate level, in line with the targets set. They plan work taking into account short- and long-term goals and improve their own and their team's sales-related skills by participating in available training courses.
