What do you do as store manager in an LPP store?
The store manager is responsible for the sales results and the achievement of KPI targets, as well as for the operational functioning of the shop and smoothness of the processes taking place within it, in accordance with the top-down standards. The manager’s tasks also include recruiting and motivating the team, organising and supervising its work, and ensuring that performance and efficiency are increasing. The store manager also aims to minimise inventory losses and ensures compliance with health and safety rules, internal regulations and labour laws.
