Dates of publication of financial reports in 2022

Basing on & 80.1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information
provided by issuers of securities dated 29 March 2018 (…) the Management Board of LPP SA informs
about the filing deadlines for financial reports in 2022:
- Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2021/22: 21 April 2022;
- Semi-annual report for H1 2022/23: 06 October 2022;
- Quarterly reports:
– Extended consolidated report for Q1 2022/23: 15 June 2022;
– Extended consolidated report for Q3 2022/23: 15 December 2022.
Basing on &62 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided
by issuers of securities dated 29 March 2018 (…) the Management Board of LPP SA informs that
individual quarterly reports and individual semi-annual report for H1 won’t be published.
At the same time, according to § 79(2) of the Regulation, the Management Board of LPP SA informs
that the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2021/22 or the consolidated
quarterly report for Q2 2022/23.
Additionally, the Management Board of LPP SA informs that the Company’s financial year doesn’t
correspond to the calendar year and starts from February to January of next year. Upcoming financial
year will start on 1 February 2022 and will end on 31 January 2023.
Therefore, in 2022, reporting periods will be as follows:
Q1 2021 – from 1 February to 30 April;
Q2 2021 – from 1 May to 31 July;
Q3 2021 – from 1 August to 31 October;
Q4 2021 – from 1 November to 31 January 2023.
