The Management Board of LPP SA in Gdansk (The “Company”) announces that on May 31, 2022 the Company received notification about transactions in the shares of LPP from a Semper Simul Foundation (person closely related to President of the Management Board – Marek Piechocki, Vice President of the Management Board – Sławomir Łoboda, Vice President of the Management Board – Marcin Piechocki, member of the Supervisory Board – Piotr Piechocki) and Semper Simul SARL Foundation (person closely related to President of the Management Board – Marek Piechocki, Vice President of the Management Board – Sławomir Łoboda, Vice President of the Management Board – Marcin Piechocki, member of the Supervisory Board – Piotr Piechocki).
