The Management Board of LPP SA in Gdansk (The “Company”) announces that on December 21, 2021 the Company received notification from Semper Simul Foundation and SKY SPV (the entities closely related to: the President of the Management Board – Marek Piechocki, the Vice President of the Management Board – Marcin Piechocki, the Vice President of the Management Board – Sławomir Łoboda, the Member of the Supervisory Board – Piotr Piechocki) about transactions in the shares of the Company.
