The Management Board of LPP SA informs that, on 19 October 2022, it received the decision of the registry court, dated 18 October 2022, on the record of amendments to the Articles of Association of LPP in the scope adopted during the Extraordinary General Meeting of LPP SA, dated 23 September 2022.
