Dates of publication of financial reports in 2021

Basing on & 80.1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities dated 29 March 2018 (…) the Management Board of LPP SA informs about the filing deadlines for financial reports in 2021:
- Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2020/21: 29 April 2021;
- Semi-annual report for H1 2021/22: 14 October 2021;
- Quarterly reports:
– Extended consolidated report for Q1 2021/22: 24 June 2021;
– Extended consolidated report for Q3 2021/22: 16 December 2021.
Basing on &62 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities dated 29 March 2018 (…) the Management Board of LPP SA informs that individual quarterly reports and individual semi-annual report for H1 won’t be published.
At the same time, according to § 79(2) of the Regulation, the Management Board of LPP SA informs that the Company will publish no consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2020/21 or the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2021/22.
Additionally, the Management Board of LPP SA informs that the Company’s financial year doesn’t correspond to the calendar year and starts from February to January of next year. Upcoming financial year will start on 1 February 2021 and will end on 31 January 2022.
Therefore, in 2021, reporting periods will be as follows:
Q1 2021 – from 1 February to 30 April;
Q2 2021 – from 1 May to 31 July;
Q3 2021 – from 1 August to 31 October;
Q4 2021 – from 1 November to 31 January 2022.
