You know you can always call me, right? – Łukasz Bogusławski together with the LPP Foundation and the Youth Helpline

The meeting with young people took place on 15–16 September 2025 at Plenum as part of Gdańsk Mental Health Month.

During the two days in September, young people talked about the power of support and places they can turn to when they really need it.

The meeting was attended by influencer Łukasz Bogusławski and experts from the ITAKA Foundation. The event was organised by the Reserved brand together with the LPP Foundation.

Discussion, conversations and workshops

The event provided a space for discussion on mental health – pressure, social media and coping with stress. The programme also included:

  • ‘DRAW SOMETHING’ drawing workshops (Monday, 15 September) and personalised notebook sewing workshops (Tuesday, 16 September);
  • the premiere of a short documentary film featuring Łukasz Bogusławski;
  • a space for silence and conversation – a place for reflection and meeting others;
  • free consultations with psychologists.

An additional goal of the event was to promote the activities of the Youth Helpline. The line is run by the ITAKA Foundation and was created on the initiative of the Reserved brand. The project is financed by the LPP Foundation.
