Minigrants – our idea for helping
The LPP Foundation runs a mini-grant programme, under which LPP employees carry out their own voluntary activities.
They involve other people in their projects and work together for the good of others. In this way, we support employees who are united around shared values.
We know how valuable a good idea for voluntary work can be. That is why we provide substantive and financial support for charitable initiatives undertaken by LPP employees.

Why do we award Minigrants?
Employee volunteering is an important part of the LPP Foundation's activities. It allows our employees – male and female volunteers – to fulfil their need to help and work for social initiatives.
Employee volunteering supports the integration of employees around shared values and goals, and is also a source of personal satisfaction. It is also an opportunity to test one's strengths and skills outside of work, meet new people from across the company, and develop teamwork skills.

How does the project work?
The LPP Foundation announces a competition for mini-grants twice a year. Our employees submit applications for projects they would like to implement. If they win, they receive up to PLN 5,000 for their implementation. They involve other people from the company in their idea to do something good together that is close to their values.
The beneficiaries include children in care homes, children and young people with disabilities, people in difficult life situations, and children in community centres. LPP employees are also committed to supporting animal welfare initiatives.
As part of their volunteering, they perform a variety of tasks corresponding to current needs: renovating rooms, cleaning, sewing animal beds and organising creative workshops.

Who runs the Minigrants programme?
Mini-grants are implemented by volunteer teams composed of LPP employees who devote their time to working together for the benefit of others. The LPP Foundation supports their projects financially and substantively.
This gives employees the confidence that their ideas will be appreciated and implemented in the right way. We offer them support at every stage of the project.
