Support for LPP employees
In addition to implementing its own projects and undertaking cross-sector cooperation, the LPP Foundation also carries out numerous activities for the benefit of LPP Group employees.
These activities include, among others, an annual Christmas support initiative for employees, which is open to all employees associated with the LPP Group who have been with the company for at least two years.
In our activities, we also pay attention to the wellbeing of LPP employees. We run a number of initiatives to support people employed in our organisation and their loved ones.

About the project
The support is not limited to employees, but also extends to their partners and children who are struggling with chronic illnesses. As part of this ongoing campaign, over PLN 1,000,000 has already been donated between 2017 and 2024!
In addition to the Christmas support programme, the LPP Foundation is also involved in promoting the initiative to donate 1.5% of income tax to charity.
Every year, the Foundation prepares a list of employees and their loved ones who are eligible for such support. The list is then distributed to other employees, who are encouraged to support their colleagues and their loved ones

Employee involvement in helping others is also demonstrated by the ‘LPP Team for Kids’ project, in which the physical activity of LPP employees is converted into zlotys.
As part of this noble initiative, three organisations working for children receive financial support every year.
To date, LPP employees have collectively run over 5,500 kilometres and cycled over 55,000 kilometres as part of the ‘LPP Team for Kids’ project.

Why are we doing this?
At LPP, we know how important it is to support people in urgent need. No one should remain indifferent in the face of human tragedy.
The LPP Foundation offers various forms of support to LPP Group employees. Regardless of the type of need, we will tailor the form of support to each case, whether it is one-off or long-term.
This may be a situation related to natural disasters, random events or struggles with chronic illnesses.

How does the project work?
The Christmas support programme is the LPP Foundation's flagship project in the area of employee support. To receive assistance, you only need to meet a few conditions, which are announced annually in the autumn and winter.
Not only employees, but also their immediate family (partner or children) are eligible for support.
In addition, the promotion of support through the 1.5% tax donation scheme is in line with the idea of employee solidarity and is an appropriate platform for helping people associated with LPP. Are you an employee of the LPP Group? Wait for information around November!

Effects that matter
Thanks to the Christmas support project, over PLN 1,000,000 has already been donated to over 50 employees and their loved ones.
In addition, the LPP Foundation also offered support to LPP Group employees who:
- were affected by the floods in 2024,
- were employees of LPP brand stores in Ukraine,
- worked at LPP during the coronavirus pandemic.
