Youth Helpline
The Youth Helpline is a hotline created in 2021 by the ITAKA Foundation and the Reserved brand. The project was created for people seeking mental health support who want to talk about their problems.
In 2023, the LPP Foundation, which is actively involved in numerous projects promoting mental health and equal opportunities, joined the initiative. Its funding of the Youth Helpline has opened up many new opportunities for the line.
In addition to psychological support, young people who call the helpline can also receive assistance from experts in other fields, such as sexologists, eating disorder specialists, and lawyers.

Why are we doing this?
The LPP Foundation's main goal is to support the mental health of young people.
The problem of depression among young people continues to grow, which is why it is undertaking a number of initiatives to combat it.
One of these is the comprehensive financing of the Youth Helpline, which provides young people with psychological support seven days a week.

How does the Youth Helpline work?
The Youth Helpline offers assistance in the form of telephone conversations with specialists and online sessions for people who feel more comfortable talking via video chat.
In 2024, the team was expanded to include additional specialists: a sexologist, an eating disorder therapist, and a lawyer.
As part of the project's development, cooperation was established with Łukasz Bogusławski, an internet creator, better known as @lookashh. Łukasz deals with the topic of mental health and well-being, and also runs the popular Instagram account @110299r, which encourages breaking taboos and open conversations about feelings.
As part of the collaboration with Reserved, the ITAKA Foundation and the LPP Foundation, Łukasz organised an exhibition, which took place at Studio Jaskółka in Warsaw. During the event, posters related to the ‘110299r.’ initiative were presented. In addition, meetings with Łukasz were held, including a discussion panel for influencers and the media, with the participation of representatives of the ITAKA Foundation and the LPP Foundation.
