CR 01/2026 Dates of publication of financial reports in 2026

Basing on & 80.1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and interim information provided by issuers of securities dated 29 March 2018 (…) the Management Board of LPP SA informs about the filing deadlines for financial reports in 2026:
Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2025: 26 March 2026;
Semi-annual report for H1 2026: 17 September 2026;
Quarterly reports:
– Extended consolidated report for Q1 2026: 11 June 2026;
– Extended consolidated report for Q3 2026: 03 December 2026.

Basing on &62 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities dated 29 March 2018 (…) the Management Board of LPP SA informs that individual quarterly reports and individual semi-annual report for H1 won’t be published.

At the same time, according to § 79(2) of the Regulation, the Management Board of LPP SA informs that the Company will publish no consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2025 or the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2026. Additionally, the Management Board of LPP SA informs that the Company’s financial year doesn’t correspond to the calendar year and starts from February to January of next year. Upcoming financial year will start on 1 February 2026 and will end on 31 January 2027.

Therefore, in 2026, reporting periods will be as follows:
Q1 2025 – from 1 February to 30 April 2026;
Q2 2025 – from 1 May to 31 July 2026;
Q3 2025 – from 1 August to 31 October 2026;
Q4 2025 – from 1 November to 31 January 2027.
