CR 24/2025 Registration of amendments to the Issuer’s Articles of Association

The Management Board of LPP SA with its registered office in Gdańsk (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer” or the “Company”) hereby announces that today it received information from its representative about the registration by decision of the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, 7th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, dated 17 November 2025, of the amendments to the Articles of Association adopted by Resolution No. 20 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of 11 July 2025.

By the aforementioned resolution, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Issuer amended § 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association, giving it the following wording:
