CR 03/2023 Dividend information

The Management Board of LPP SA with its registered office in Gdańsk (the ”Company”) informs that, on 26 April 2023, it adopted a resolution on recommending that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders should allocate funds to be distributed among shareholders for the financial year from 1 February 2022 to 31 January 2023 according to the following rules:

– a dividend to be paid in the amount of PLN 430 per share;

– the dividend date set for 10 July 2023;

– a dividend to be paid on the following dates:

(I) 14 July 2023, PLN 215 per share and

(ii) 10 October 2023, PLN 215 per share.

The final decision on dividend payment shall be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders.
