The Management Board of LPP SA announces the list of shareholders holding more than 5% of votes at the EGM as at 23 January 2026:
1) Semper Simul Foundation 1,978,889 votes representing 72.8% of votes at the EGM and 60.8% of the total number of votes,
2) Nationale-Nederlanden OFE 150,588 votes representing 5.5% of votes at the EGM and 4.6% of the total number of votes,
3) Allianz Polska OFE 150,488 votes representing 5.5% of votes at the EGM and 4.6% of the total number of votes.
