CR 10/2026 Statement by KDPW regarding the registration of Series N shares

The Management Board of LPP SA (hereinafter the “Issuer”) hereby announces Statement No. 437/2026 of the Central Securities Depository S.A. (“KDPW”) dated 21 April 2026 (“Statement”) regarding the conclusion with the Issuer of an agreement for the registration in the securities depository of 2,818 (in words: two thousand eight hundred and eighteen) Series N shares with a nominal value of PLN 2 (in words: two zlotys) each (“Series N Shares”) and the assignment of the ISIN code PLLPP0000086 to them. In accordance with the Statement, the registration of the Series N Shares in the securities depository maintained by KDPW will take place on 23 April 2026.
