LPP in the ranking of the 50 Best Polish Employers

For another year in a row, LPP appeared in the prestigious ranking of the 50 Best Polish Employers, according to the Wprost weekly.

In this year’s edition of the ranking, the editors of Wprost took a close look at the 500 largest companies in Poland.

As every year, journalists focused on employment stability and responsibility towards employees.

They also analysed the package of non-wage benefits.

Why choose LPP as an employer?

LPP was recognised, among other things, for its lack of collective redundancies, granting pay rises, increasing employment and the high proportion of employment contracts in its employment structure.

LPP stable in unstable times

The Wprost ranking was first created in 2020, during the pandemic, when many companies were struggling with the crisis.

Since then, the methodology has been based on a set of 10 questions concerning, among other things, planned and implemented redundancies, the number of people employed and dismissed, pay rises granted and the employment structure.
