LPP Foundation honored during the 50th anniversary celebration of Polanki Children’s Hospital
The LPP Foundation was honored with the “Friend of the Hospital” statuette during the 50th anniversary celebration of Maciej Płażyński Polanki Children’s Hospital in Gdańsk. The distinction was awarded in recognition of the Foundation’s commitment to initiatives supporting the youngest patients and its collaboration in support of the hospital’s activities.
50 Years of Helping the Youngest Patients
The anniversary was an opportunity to reflect on 50 years of the hospital’s work and to honor the individuals and institutions that support the hospital in fulfilling its mission every day. For 50 years, Polanki Children’s Hospital has provided specialized medical care to children and adolescents from Pomerania and other regions of Poland. Each year, the hospital provides care to more than 7,000 hospitalized patients.
During the ceremonial gala, employees, partners, and institutions cooperating with the hospital were honored. The LPP Foundation was also among the award recipients, receiving the “Friend of the Hospital” statuette.
Recognition for the LPP Foundation’s Commitment and Partnership
The justification for awarding the statuette highlighted the Foundation’s selfless support, sensitivity to the needs of sick children, and valuable partnership in supporting the hospital’s work. The distinction is a recognition of the cooperation to date and of the initiatives undertaken by the LPP Foundation for the benefit of children and young people.

For years, the LPP Foundation has been involved in initiatives focused on protecting the health of children and young people, supporting medical institutions, social organizations, and initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life of the youngest. Its cooperation with Polanki Children’s Hospital is part of the Foundation’s efforts in this important area.
