LPP expands its use of AI in marketing through a partnership with Polish start-up pirxe

Polish clothing company LPP is entering into a strategic partnership with Kraków-based start-up pirxe, which is developing spatial artificial intelligence technology. The aim of the partnership is to streamline the process of creating and testing advertising materials for online campaigns using 3D digital twins of products. Pilot campaigns launched under the Sinsay brand proved so successful that LPP decided to significantly scale up the project. This collaboration demonstrates that Polish expertise can effectively address the challenges of global business, and that partnerships between large companies and Polish start-ups yield tangible business benefits, thereby strengthening the national innovation ecosystem.
The LPP Group is consistently developing a business model based on technology, automation and data. It invests in solutions that increase process efficiency and support business scaling. This approach also extends to marketing, which has undergone a significant transformation in recent years. Platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok are making ever-wider use of artificial intelligence-based tools, taking over a significant part of campaign optimisation. As a result, their effectiveness is increasingly determined by the quality, variety and speed of producing new advertising creatives. For large-scale brands, this means having to seek new ways of creating content that will boost the effectiveness of their activities and enable them to respond more quickly to the needs of a rapidly changing market.
LPP’s response to these emerging challenges is a partnership with the Kraków-based start-up pirxe. As part of the Sinsay brand project, technology has been implemented that enables the creation of photorealistic digital twins of products. This solution supports the preparation and testing of numerous variants of advertising creatives, thereby expanding the scope for large-scale marketing campaigns.
– At LPP, we invest in technologies that allow us to operate faster, more effectively and on a larger scale. In marketing, the ability to quickly test multiple communication variants and respond instantly to customer needs is providing an ever-greater competitive advantage. That is why we decided to collaborate with pirxe. This solution not only boosts the effectiveness of our activities but also demonstrates that technologies meeting the highest global standards are being developed in Poland. We believe that investing in domestic know-how strengthens both LPP’s competitiveness and that of the entire Polish innovation ecosystem. Ultimately, any technology must translate into a better customer experience and better business results. This is precisely the outcome we are seeing in our collaboration with pirxe – says Marcin Piechocki, a member of the LPP management board and managing director of Sinsay.
The solution developed by pirxe utilises Spatial AI technology and the 3D Gaussian Splatting method to create photorealistic digital twins of products. The 3D models produced in this way form the basis for creating a variety of advertising materials and can be reused repeatedly without the need to organise further photo shoots or produce new shots. This enables creative teams to prepare and test multiple creative variants tailored to different communication channels and audience groups more quickly, moving away from the traditional production model, in which each new concept requires a separate production run.
Pilot campaigns carried out to date by LPP and pirxe have unequivocally confirmed the effectiveness of this approach. Advertising materials based on digital product twins increased the number of conversions by 21% and the ad click-through rate by 21.6%. Thanks to the ability to create a greater number of variants more quickly, LPP’s teams can conduct tests more efficiently, rotate materials and respond to campaign results. These results have led LPP to decide to significantly scale up the project in 2026 and extend testing to further platforms – TikTok and Google.
– Our aim was to implement a tool to streamline campaign planning and the use of advertising platforms by our marketing teams. We wanted the new technology to optimise processes and enable us to test a greater number of creatives across multiple channels more quickly, whilst still leaving room for creative work. The results showed that changing the way content is prepared leads to more than just greater operational efficiency. Better alignment of the message with the product, the audience and the stage of the customer journey directly translates into higher customer engagement and a better customer experience, which is a key business case for us – says Michał Niedziółka, Omnichannel Marketing Director at Sinsay.
The collaboration with the LPP Group gave pirxe the opportunity to test the technology in a business environment and created the conditions for its further development. The project confirmed the solution’s potential and demonstrated that technologies developed by Polish start-ups can successfully meet the needs of large organisations.
– The trust placed in us by such a major partner is not only an opportunity for a start-up to work in a demanding business environment, but above all a clear confirmation of the commercial value of our solution and a strong impetus for further development. The clothing industry is an excellent starting point for us, as it perfectly illustrates the scale of the challenges involved in creating content in e-commerce – a sector in which the demand for high-quality content, faster production of marketing materials and more interactive shopping experiences is currently growing exponentially. However, we believe that the capabilities of Spatial AI extend far beyond the fashion industry and will, in the future, support a completely new way of presenting, selling and experiencing products across the entire digital world – says Przemek Kadula, co-founder of pirxe
LPP’s implementation of the technology developed by pirxe demonstrates that the future of e-commerce and marketing lies in advanced automation and 3D processes. The collaboration between the Polish retail leader and a domestic start-up proves that highly competitive solutions are emerging in our market. By focusing on in-house projects rather than off-the-shelf tools from global suppliers, LPP is strengthening the Polish retail tech sector. This partnership model helps to build technological independence and retain talent and unique know-how within the country.
