Record corporation tax and over PLN 50 billion in market capitalisation. LPP’s growth boosts revenue for the Polish state budget

In 2025, the LPP Group paid over PLN 536 million in corporation tax, nearly 65% more than the previous year. The total value of taxes and other public levies paid by the Polish clothing group reached PLN 2.8 billion. Over the past five years, LPP has contributed nearly PLN 11 billion to the Polish public finances. Record tax revenues and a market capitalisation exceeding PLN 50 billion reflect the scale of the Group’s growth and its increasing importance to the Polish economy.
In 2025, the LPP Group recorded a record amount of income tax paid. It paid PLN 536.5 million in corporation tax to the state budget, compared with PLN 326.2 million the previous year. This represents an increase of 64.5%, or over PLN 210 million year-on-year. At the same time, the total value of taxes, customs duties and other public levies paid by the Group reached a record level. In 2025, this amounted to PLN 2.82 billion, over PLN 311 million more than the previous year.
The increase in tax payments is a direct result of the growing scale and profitability of LPP’s business. In 2025, the Group generated a net profit of PLN 2.4 billion, representing a 36% year-on-year increase. Consistent international expansion, combined with cost discipline, enables the Group to increase the scale and profitability of its business. This is reflected both in its growing financial results and in its CIT payments.
– Each successive stage of our international expansion not only strengthens LPP’s position in the international market but also its importance to the domestic economy. It is in Poland that we concentrate our core competencies, develop our technological and logistical infrastructure, and build the potential for further growth. Our business model enables us to translate the success we achieve abroad into tangible benefits for the country – growing investment, export value and tax revenue. Record-breaking corporation tax is tangible proof of this relationship and shows that Polish companies can build a strong international position whilst simultaneously becoming an increasingly important source of value for the domestic economy – comments Marcin Bójko, LPP’s Vice-President for Finance.
The scale of the increase in tax payments is particularly evident when viewed over the last five years. Between 2021 and 2025, the LPP Group paid a total of over PLN 1.7 billion in CIT, whilst the value of all taxes and public levies amounted to nearly PLN 11 billion. The annual amount paid rose by almost 80% during this period, from PLN 1.59 billion in 2021 to PLN 2.82 billion in 2025.
The LPP Group is one of the largest taxpayers in the Polish retail sector
Rising CIT payments are strengthening LPP’s position amongst the largest taxpayers in the retail sector. Taking into account the latest figures for the entire Capital Group, which in 2025 paid PLN 536.5 million in income tax, LPP ranks second amongst the largest income tax payers in the retail sector.
LPP’s market capitalisation has exceeded PLN 50 billion
The growth in financial results and tax payments has been accompanied by a rising market valuation for LPP. At the close of trading on 21 October 2026, the company’s market capitalisation surpassed
PLN 50 billion for the first time, compared with PLN 29 billion at the end of 2024. This represents a 74% increase in market value in just 1.5 years.
LPP is thus one of the largest Polish companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Its market value now exceeds the market capitalisation of the country’s leading energy groups. This demonstrates the scale of the company, which, thanks to the development of its own brands and its international operations, has achieved a valuation comparable to that of the largest entities of strategic importance to the Polish economy.
– Exceeding a market capitalisation of 50 billion zlotys confirms the growing value of our business. Over the past year and a half, LPP’s market valuation has risen by over 70%. For us, this is, above all, a commitment to continue using capital effectively. We want to grow the business in a way that will allow us to maintain profitability, finance further investments and systematically increase the Group’s value in the long term – emphasizes Marcin Bójko, LPP’s Vice-President for Finance.
Billions in investment in business development
LPP’s growing importance to the national economy is also reflected in the value of its exports and the investments it is making. In 2025, the Group’s exports reached nearly PLN 13 billion, accounting for 56% of its revenue. This means that over half of LPP’s sales come from foreign markets, whilst key functions relating to management, product development, technology and logistics remain concentrated in Poland.
At the same time, the expansion of international operations requires an increase in capital expenditure. In the first half of 2026, this exceeded PLN 1 billion, and the plan for the whole year envisages expenditure of PLN 2.5 billion. The growing scale of operations, driven on the one hand by international expansion and on the other by investment in domestic logistics and technological infrastructure, has a direct impact on the company’s financial results. As this trend continues, LPP’s tax contribution is also increasing, providing ever-stronger support for the Polish budget.
