The Management Board of LPP SA informs that, on 12 January 2021, it received the decision of the registry court, dated 29 December 2020, on the record of amendments to the Articles of Association of LPP, reflecting amendments stemming from Resolution no 23 of the Ordinary General Meeting of LPP SA, dated 18 September 2020.
