The Management Board of LPP SA announces the list of shareholders holding more than 5% of votes at the AGM as at 10 July 2026:

1) Semper Simul Foundation 1,978,889 votes representing 74.9% of votes at the AGM and 60.7% of the total number of votes,

2) Nationale-Nederlanden OFE 150,588 votes representing 5.7% of votes at the AGM and 4.6% of the total number of votes,

3) Allianz Polska OFE 150,488 votes representing 5.7% of votes at the AGM and 4.6% of the total number of votes.
