Healthy body, healthy mind
Work-life balance is important to us, so we have launched a comprehensive wellbeing programme called “heLPP” for our employees and their loved ones. The programme guarantees quick, anonymous and free access to expert assistance of psychologists, finance experts, and lawyers.
Headquarters employees have access to a free gym and sauna. LPP has a sports team called LPP TEAM, with running, triathlon and cycling sections. We sponsor its members, enabling them to participate in competitions or purchase sportswear.
Taking care of our employees’ health, we enable them to purchase half-financed medical packages (for themselves and – in the case of LPP SA employees – also for their families) and Multisport cards.
Development of our employees’ competences enables the development of the whole company
Our staff training and upskilling strategy includes a system of training tailored to the needs and requirements of the various areas of our business, from management to sales and technical services.
We regularly monitor whether the training is achieving the desired results by seeking feedback from the participants and adjusting the programmes to meet the changing needs of the labour market and the company.
