CR 11/2023 Resignation of Supervising Officers

The Management Board of LPP SA with its registered office in Gdańsk (further referred to as the “Issuer”, the ”Company”) informs that, today, it has been informed of the resignation of:

Mrs Magdalena Sekuła, member of the Supervisory Board, from her position as of 31.05.2023 and

Mr Wojciech Olejniczak, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, from his position as of the end of General Meeting of Shareholders approving the financial statements for the financial year ended 31.01.2023.

Having obtained by the Issuer’s Management Board of information on any further decisions and findings of the Supervisory Board of LPP SA, the Company shall inform of their wording and steps taken accordingly.
