The Management Board of LPP SA announces the list of shareholders holding more than 5% of votes at the EGM as at 17 November 2023:

1) Semper Simul Foundation 1,978,889 votes representing 80.19% of votes at the EGM and 60.79% of the total number of votes,

2) Nationale-Nederlanden OFE 150,400 votes representing 6.09% of votes at the EGM and and 4.62% of the total number of votes.
