3.2 bn PLN

is the sum of investments made in the financial year 2025.

We are one of the largest taxpayers in the country
and the largest on the Polish coast

Thanks to our successes in Poland and abroad, in 2025 we contributed more than PLN 2,8 billion to the Polish budget from various contributions, and above all from taxes – LPP paid more than PLN 536 million to the state from CIT alone.

This milestone confirms LPP’s strong market position and demonstrates that the company’s dynamic growth goes hand in hand with a responsible and fully transparent approach to business.

What does the partnership
with KAS involve?

The Cooperative Compliance Programme is an innovative, voluntary partnership between KAS and major taxpayers. Its objective is to ensure accurate and fully transparent tax settlements, taking into account the scale and complexity of large organisations such as LPP.

The programme is built on three core values: mutual trust, transparency and a shared understanding with the tax authorities, providing a solid foundation for long-term, responsible cooperation.

Under the programme, traditional tax audits are replaced by continuous internal verification of settlements conducted by the company itself. Meanwhile, KAS monitors the effectiveness of these internal control systems, ensuring a higher level of certainty and predictability.

LPP has successfully completed a detailed, multi-stage audit process. Our admission to the programme confirms that our tax control procedures meet the highest standards and requirements set for Poland’s largest companies.

Benefits of the Cooperative Compliance Programme for LPP

Participation in the programme provides tangible support for LPP’s day-to-day operations. Constant collaboration with the KAS audit team allows the company to consult on key business decisions at the planning stage, ensuring that tax risks are identified early and effectively mitigated.

The company benefits from the direct support of a dedicated KAS auditor who understands the specifics of our business and helps us respond more efficiently to emerging challenges.

Additionally, the programme offers greater flexibility and priority handling of tax matters. LPP’s applications are processed as a priority, significantly reducing the waiting time for tax refunds and accelerating the issuance of tax rulings.

Being part of this programme gives LPP agility, certainty and a competitive edge in a dynamic business environment, reinforcing our position as a responsible and transparent industry leader.
